If you’re looking to assign an existing warranty to a new owner, complete the two simple steps below within 90 days of closing.

1) Download and complete our Warranty Transfer Form. You will need to include the date of closing as well as the previous owner’s name. Send your completed form to us at [email protected].

2) You will also need to complete/submit the following materials within the 90 days:

  • Proof of payment of $100 transfer fee (you can choose to pay via check, cash or credit/debit card, and will be asked to mark your choice on the Warranty Transfer Form).
  • Proof of transfer of title.
  • A passing freshwater pressure test and a passing hydrostatic sewer test performed from a dual-directional clean-out. This test must have been completed within the past 12 months.*
  • Note: the passing test must be submitted on company letterhead, showing the Master Plumber’s license number and proof that both systems were tested & passed.

If assignment is not properly made within the designated 90 days after the transfer of title, the cost to reinstate the warranty will be a minimum of $250. This fee can be paid via credit card or check, either over the phone by calling 877-761-8113 or via mail to P.O. Box 202383, Arlington 76006.
